Dr. Rowland is a Clinical Sexologist and AASECT certified Sex Therapist Supervisor specializing in sexual health, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care. As a dedicated educator, she is passionate about empowering professionals to enhance their ability to deliver affirming, sex-positive care.
Meet Dr. Rowland
Dr. Adrienne Rowland, pronouns she/her/hers, is a Clinical Sexologist and Certified Sex Therapist. from the Academy of Certified Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). She is also an AASECT certified Sex Therapy Supervisor. She has been a Master's level social worker for 20 years and has been working in private practice, since 2015. Dr. Rowland works with all aspects of sexual health but is specifically passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and gender affirming care. Dr. Rowland also provides supervision for social workers and sex therapists. Dr. Rowland wrote a gender affirming care curriculum for medical and mental health providers with a focus on improving knowledge and reducing implicit bias.
